1.     PRIME HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED STEEL SHEETS AND COILS

Hot-dipped galvanized (zinc-coated) steel is the least-cost corrosion-resistant steel ever produced and it is highly recommended for all customer needs. It is paintable, weldability, formable and drawble.

Hot-dipped zinc-coatedgalvanizedsteel is produced by immersion in a molten bath of zinc on a continuous coating line.  Zinc forms a metallurgical bond with steel and will corrode firstsacrificial protectionmaintaining the strength along economy of steel if steel is exposed to outdoor environments.  Both hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel can be used as base metal.
