PRIME HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED STEEL SHEETS

Hot-dipped galvanized (zinc-coated) steel is the least-cost corrosion-resistant steel ever produced and it is highly recommended for all customer needs. It is paintable, weldability, formable and drawble.

Hot-dipped zinc-coatedgalvanizedsteel is produced by immersion in a molten bath of zinc on a continuous coating line.  Zinc forms a metallurgical bond with steel and will corrode firstsacrificial protectionmaintaining the strength along economy of steel if steel is exposed to outdoor environments.  Both hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel can be used as base metal.

We can also provide wide range of color prepainted galvanized in a array of colors and finished. The base could be varies from bare cold roll , galvanized and galvalume as per your request. The finishes can be simple RAL code colors or special colors&patterns as per request of your esteemed company. When paint coating and galvanizing are used together, the corrosion protection is superior at all even if protection system used alone.

Color-coated galvanized / galvalume is produced on a continuous paint line.  It undergoes a number of processing stages including degreasing, chemical treatment of the surfacephosphatizing, and chromatingand one or more paint coating.
